Sibdocity is a brand new approach to business intelligence born from our desire to make BI deliver on its promise.
Over the years business intelligence has promised so much - but considering the millions invested, delivered so little. After 20 years' experience in information management across multiple industries, we knew there had to be a better way to interact with and share data, so we invented our ground breaking technology.
We haven't rehashed old ideas, dusted off conventional architectures and renamed old concepts. Instead, we have completely redesigned our architecture from the ground up and in doing so have liberated information from being confined within traditional applications.

A New Approach
The traditional business intelligence offering has severe limitations:
- It is more important than ever for businesses to analyse large amounts of data to make decisions quickly and accurately. Current Business Intelligence tools are a barrier to this by being clunky, slow and difficult to use.
- The information is locked into the technology stack. Once the user finds the data, they "Export to Spreadsheet" to manipulate and share the data in a familiar environment.

Our Team
The Sibdocity leadership draws from years of experience working in all aspects of enterprise business intelligence (BI) and performance management.
Adrian Hillary (Founder and CEO)
Adrian has twenty years' experience working at the cutting edge of business intelligence. His experience of implementing solutions in numerous blue chip enterprises has given him a passion to improve BI by making it simpler, both in use and deployment. This desire to do things better led to him inventing and patenting the revolutionary architecture on which Sibdocity is based. Prior to founding Sibdocity, Adrian consulted in business intelligence and data warehousing with leading consultancies, including KPMG, Accenture, IBM Global Business Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Oracle.
Matt Costello (Commercial Director)
Matt joins Sibdocity after 15 years working with Business Objects and SAP. Over this time Matt worked with SAP's largest Global Alliance Partners - Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, HP, IBM and Accenture, to define and execute Global and Local got to market campaigns and solution development. With a track record of key wins, and innovative approach to developing new markets, Matt will deliver the commercial success of Sibdocity's ground breaking BI and Analytics solutions.
Mike Sherratt (Strategy Director)
Mike was founder and CEO of ALG Software, a provider of Corporate Performance Management solutions, specifically within cost and profitability analytics and driver-based planning and budgeting. With direct operations in the UK, France and the USA as well as distributors across the World, ALG was recognised by the major analysts as a world leader in its field. Following rapid growth through to 2006, ALG was acquired by Business Objects (SAP) for $56m. Prior to ALG Mike was northern region divisional director for Comshare.
Pritesh Gadhia (Non-Exec Director)
Pritesh is a Senior Executive within Accenture's Global Systems Integration & Technology practice and leads the UK Multi-Channel ecommerce Systems Delivery practice for Retail and Consumer Goods. His BI and on-line delivery experience began in the late 90s during the dot com boom. Since then he has delivered a number of significant BI and Multi-Channel programmes across a number of blue chip clients.
Marsali Harwood (Company Secretary and Financial Controller)
Marsali Harwood is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience in business and finance. She was Finance Director and Company Secretary of Charteris plc, an AIM listed IT consulting company. Her other roles includeFinance Manager and Business Analyst at Logica plc and Strategic Planning Manager at Sony UK.
The story behind Sibdocity
The Name
Sibdocity rhymes with 'simplicity' - a guiding principle underlying our approach to design and innovation.
Why Sibdo? Sibdo stands for Shareable Interactive Bindable Data Object. The Sibdo is at the core of the Sibdocity solution.
The Logo
The green and red dots in the Sibdocity logo represent comparing apples with apples (but green and red apples from different trees!)
They are together in the logo to represent the breakthrough in comparing, sharing and tracing data that Sibdocity brings to market. Simple and elegant, but forward thinking, we believe our name and logo capture this essence.

From London on A3 and M25 (J10) (travelling south)
- Exit the A3 sign posted to The University of Surrey, The Cathedral, The Hospital and The Research Park, (do not take earlier exits signed to Guildford).
- Take the third exit from the Cathedral roundabout at the end of the slip road. Drive through the underpass, below the A3.
- Go straight across the next two roundabouts, the second of which will bring you onto Gill Avenue (Hospital on your right).
- At the top of Gill Avenue you come to The Surrey Research Park.
From Portsmouth on A3 (travelling north)
- Exit A3 where sign posted to The University of Surrey, The Cathedral, The Hospital and The Research Park.
- Take the second exit from the roundabout at the end of slip road.
- Go straight across the next roundabout which will bring you onto Gill Avenue (Hospital on your right).
- At the top of Gill Avenue you come onto The Surrey Research Park.
By Rail
Guildford is on the London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour line, which has an excellent service.
